Interested in Japanese culture? Want to learn about our partner institution, Tohoku University?
The “Tohoku Global Campus Project” is a series of online cultural-exchange events organized by students at Tohoku University who have studied abroad at our partner universities. It is being run by members of the student group “Tohoku University Global Campus Supporters” who are student staff of the Global Learning Center. Join this fun and casual event for an opportunity to interact with Tohoku University students, get to know the University from the local students’ perspective, and learn about Japanese culture.
There are two different types of sessions:
1. Cultural exchange (Group A):
Talk with Tohoku University students in a casual atmosphere and learn about Japanese culture.
Friday, January 8, 2021 7:00-8:30 p.m. EST (Saturday, January 9, 2021 9:00-10:30 a.m. JST)
2. University Introduction exchange (Group B):
Learn about Tohoku University from Tohoku University students and introduce your university and student life to other students.
Saturday, January 9 7:00-8:30 p.m EST (Sunday, January 10, 2021 9:00-10:30 a.m. JST)
