UNC Charlotte’s Fulbright U. S. Student Program Campus Application Deadline

The Fulbright program provides grants for individually designed study or research projects following their Bachelor’s Degree or for English Teaching Assistant Programs. During their grants, Fulbrighters will meet, work, live with and learn from the people of the host country, sharing daily experiences. Students who are interested in applying for a Fulbright are required to meet with UNC Charlotte’s Fulbright Program Advisor, Brad Sekulich, to discuss the application process and timeline prior to the campus application deadline.

All application materials must be submitted through the Fulbright application portal. Nothing is submitted to UNC Charlotte. Please follow the instructions at https://us.fulbrightonline.org/ to start an application.

UNC Charlotte’s campus deadline is August 16, 2021, 5:00pm Eastern. The Fulbright national deadline is October 12, 2021, 5:00pm Eastern. These are firm deadlines. Students who do not submit an application by the UNC Charlotte campus deadline may still submit an application through the Fulbright portal by the national deadline but they will not be interviewed by (and thus miss the guidance offered by) the campus review committee.
